- We honor a 100% refund for “defective” remotes “damaged” remotes won’t qualify.
- Refunds will be issued after receiving and inspecting the materials.
- Please allow 5-10 days for refunds after we received and inspected the materials.
- Shipping is to be paid by the customer.
- All customers please make sure your ordering keys for your specific make and model vehicle. Please be certain that your new key fob matches the existing one.
- Please investigate your vehicle to make sure there are no key or remote programming issues.
- If you never had a new remote and you want one make sure your vehicle is remote compatible.
- We strongly recommend to “not” purchase fobs and remotes for vehicles 18-20 years or older!
